Hi, I’m Tara! I was born and raised in Minnesota. I received my Bachelor’s Degree in Athletic Training from the University of Wisconsin – La Crosse. This education has given me the opportunity to work with a variety of athletes ranging from middle school to professional. After undergrad, I pursued my Doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University and I graduated in 2018. While I was in chiropractic school, I studied an array of different specialties, but continued to focus on sports medicine. I am certified in FAKTR, RockTape, and have studied Myofascial Release techniques for treating musculoskeletal injuries.

Although, I love focusing on the athletic and physically active population, I also love working with families through all stages of life because of the opportunities they bring for a diverse and well-rounded treatment of care. With that being said, I also received my Webster technique certification for perinatal care to continue providing care for my patients at this stage of life!

I moved to New Hampshire, with my family a few years ago pursuing my first job as a lead chiropractor of a new clinic and my career has brought me to being an associate at 2 different clinics and gaining a variety of professional experience and growth. I have also learned from great mentors along this journey to help with my decision to open up my own business!

When I am not working, I am either spending time with friends and family or enjoying the beautiful outdoors!
